Assignment Description

Follow-up practical, technical, HSE and administrative construction activities across disciplines
- Main focus related to work on electrical and cooling enterprises, but expectations to follow all disciplines with support of specialist (where required)
- In cooperation with the Project Manager, follow-up on Event- and Incident.
Management across the Project domain.. Manage, conduct,
and support Project Manager in event and incident handling.
- Contribute to Change and Maintenance Management across the Project domain 
– Establish and follow-up Change related to the project scope of work.

- Familiarize with lessons learned from previous projects and contribute with new experience positively into new projects.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager, follow-up progress on construction site and work being executed in accordant with drawings, specification and report any non-conformance.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager and HSE Manager, ensure health, environment and quality are maintained on the construction site.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager, ensure coordination across disciplines with other subcontractors, operations, and SMEs.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager, conduct surveys, completion, and handover.
- In cooperation with the Project Manager, follow-up documentation requirements and information flow.
- In the position of Construction Manager, travelling to other construction sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Elektro bakgrunn (UPS systemer, fordelings systemer, 
• Kamera og adgangskontroll systemer (ønske)
• BMS/Automasjons systemer (ønske)
• Tverrfaglig er en fordel men ikke krav (rør, kjøling ventilasjon)
