Assignment Description

• Support the Program Management team in delivering their responsibilities.
• Coordinate reporting and identify key information requiring Program Management team attention.
• Maintain the Program Governance and Organization model and Integrated master plan.
• Oversee and manage the Program Governance and other PMO functions.
• Oversee status reporting and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Mitigate escalated risks and issues, funneling to the Program Manager as needed.
• Oversee and funnel scope change management requests to the Program Manager.
• Work closely with Program Management team on day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in business, administration, engineering or a related field. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Oil&Gas industry
• Project Management Professional Certification may be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead organisations in the Digital Transformation
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
