Sales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new clients, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, and promoting products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including tempered glass shower enclosures, glass railings, and UPVC windows and doors, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Quotation and Proposal: Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license will be an asset
