Document Management Manager
This role will provide document and information management for field development projects.
Core duties:
- Ensure alignment to BMS regarding processes and requirements, within the scope of data Management.
- Verify adherence (“Like ting Likt”) across projects; develop “best practice.”
- Initiate, solve and implement improvements within system, processes and requirements
- Drive “new ways of working” and develop discipline community.
- Stakeholder management towards process and system interfaces
- Develop document and information plans and perform quality control of data and information for the project in alignment with AkerBP processes and governance, and national regulations
Education & Experience:
- Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education
- Minimum 5 years experience with document and information management in field development projects as Operator
- Extensive experience in document and/or information Management
- Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Data and Information Management framework terminology, preferably formal education/courses within this area
- Knowledge of E&P company’s value chain
- Excellent knowledge of Document management systems, preferably PIMS and Documentum D2
- Super user experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and Sharepoint
- Preferable with experience with digital interfaces and
Certifications or languages:
- Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
