Senior Process Engineer - Group lead Utility systems

Assignment Description

You will as a Group lead for the utility systems report to the Process Discipline Lead.
You will lead a team of 5-7 Process engineers and be responsible for the deliverables for this team.

We are looking for candidates with:

• working experience in detail engineering
• experience in leading teams of engineers
• strong competence in utility systems
• ability and interest in inspiring and supporting people to deliver at their best
• a special focus on right quality and on time delivery

Tasks:

• You shall ensure that the team secures the overall functionality of the utility systems
• Support engineers to perform detail design according to plan
• Identify need for meetings and reviews
• Resource planning
• Participate in HAZOP and reviews

Qualifications Required

• MSc or BSc with required experience
• Minimum 8 years working experience from engineering (FEED and/or detail engineering)
• Working experience with Greenfield or Brownfield projects on NCS or Norwegian onshore O&G facilities
• Working experience as Process discipline/group lead
• Working experience within utility systems
• Establish good relations with the Client
• Solution oriented
• Multidiscipline understanding
• Good communication skills
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Communicate well in Norwegian and English – both oral and in writing
