Senior Engineer - Valve - Piping & Instrument

Assignment Description

• Specification of Piping and Instrument valves, preparation of Tech. Req. and vendor coordination
• Input and comments to vendor documentation
• Administration of Valve list to project
• Participate in HAZOP, design reviews etc.
• Inputs to MTO.MEL,3D Model and Weight Control
• Input to MC/COMM
• Administration of tags in EIS, Proarc, Administration of Client systems (STID, Procosys)
• Support to Area and System related disciplines

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent education
• Long experience in the Oil & gas Industry in Norway
• Participation in FEED studies and EPCIC projects
• Excellent knowledge of Norsok standards
• Wide experience with instrument actuated valves calculation and specification
• Previous with Equinor /(ex Statoil) procedures and standards. (Preferable)
• Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian both orally and in writing
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
