PRE EIT bulk equipment (MTO Engineer)

Assignment Description

Our client is now looking for a Package Responsible Engineer-Bulk / MTO Engineer for our Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunications **team in Trondheim.

• Preparation and updating the Project Article Catalog.
• Bulk MTO process for the discipline in project, including early MTO, final MTO and requisitions.
• Assist set-up of systems & tools for bulk MTO during project start-up.
• Good communication regarding the bulk MTO between the relevant parts of the engineering and procurement department during the entire project lifetime.
• Prepare Bulk Material Budget as described by the Key Deliverable, representing 100% material need and balancing allowance and contingency.
• Prepare Project Article Catalogue.
• Evaluate the need for new articles and update Project Article Catalogue when required.
• Prepare material Technical Requisitions and Technical Input to Package Strategy & Inquiry for Purchase Order
• Prepare Early MTO as required in accordance with project bulk strategy and procurement plan.
• Perform Material simulation and follow-up of requisition.
• Prepare Final MTO and follow-up MTO throughout relevant project phases.

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience from the oil and gas industry, mainly from Instrumentation, electrical or telecommunications.
• Good experience with following up MTO for EIT PRE and EIT bulk.
• Skilled in TIME and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written language.
