Administrative Specialist
Assignment Description
Individual will be responsible for all administrative duties supporting Omega’s Consulting Services business. This is an opportunity to join an innovative work environment and grow with a great company.
- Coordinate consultant drug and background screens
- Coordinate consultant safety training
- Post new roles on Omega’s jobs page
- Initial database searches for new roles
- Maintain open position register
- Ongoing contact with candidates regarding positions
- Register new candidates in Omega’s database
- Format resumes
- Maintain all department and client KPI’s
- Maintain/update talent lists
- Maintain all client VMS tools and onboarding
Qualifications Required
Competencies
- Preference is a new college grad, but not required
- Recruitment experience a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of all MS Office tools
