Contracts Engineer

Assignment Description

• Single point contact in operations for SCM related to clarification of needs
• Establish close relations with contract holders in operations
• Review and scrutinize existing contracts portfolio
• Establish overall and specific contracting strategy for operations and maintenance (lumping of services, setup of OEM contracts, etc)
• Participate as operation rep in any tendering activity by SCM for O&M contracts
• Work closely with maintenance to understand current and future contractor support for PM and corrective services
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Higher educational background preferably at Master level
• Minimum 10 years of experience from relevant experience from the NCS
• Strong operational background from offshore O&M
• Strong knowledge of the relevant contractor market
• Knowledge of SCM processes.
• Good project management and communication skills.
• The candidate must be able to effectively deal with a range of people and groups, systems and tools. He/she should be able to effectively reach out for collaboration across the departments as required.
