HR Senior Consultant
Assignment Description
- Assist leaders in recruitment processes; Ranging from specifications, advertising, candidate screening, processing of applications/recruitment project and administration related to hiring
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assisting the HR Team on ad hoc / administrative tasks
- Support leaders in HR-related matters
Qualifications Required
- Preferably within HR and / or administration
- Minimum BSc
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from HR, Recruitment or Personell Administration
- Experience with Applicant Tracker Systems (Talent Recruitment or similar)
- Experience from Project organisation is considered a strength, but not a requirement
Other qualifications:
- Structured, systematic and with the ability to work independently
- Broad understanding or HR-related matters, covering the entire employee life cycle
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen eye for details when communicating externally and internally
- Knowledge of the industry sector and understanding of ‘trepartssamarbeid’.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations (AML) relevant for work life
- Knowledge and experience from processes related to follow up of sick leave and absence
- Experience from Matrix organisation
- Understanding of different work time regulations, e.g shift, rotation, onshore/offshore, expat/inpat is considered a strength
- Excel, SAP, MS Collaboration tools
