Mechanical lead

Assignment Description

• Lead mechanical engineering resources
• Perform mechanical engineering in offshore and/or onshore electrification, modification and maintenance projects
• Act as package responsible engineer (PRE) incl bid evaluation, supplier coordination and follow-up, coordination of internal disciplines
• Engineering scope in Front End study work, EPCI projects and minor modifications
• Interaction with procurement and client, testing and mechanical completion activities
• Multidiscipline coordination with project team
• Development of installation method
• Participate in testing and installation of equipment
• Quality Input and control of technical data and job preparation

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor or Master’s in mechanical/process
• Experience with study work on mechanical discipline, preferable feasibility level
• Preferable with previous experience with carbon capture, especially CCS by Aker
• Able to work in teams and dynamic environment
• Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and oral
