Assignment Description

Safe well intervention execution - Personnel, equipment and material safety at rig site operations

• Manage, plan and co-ordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures 
• Verify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel
• Initiate process for deviation if and when required. Report all accidents or situations of potential hazard
• Supervise and monitor the work performed by the rig and service personnel during operations for which he is accountable for 
• Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations
• When not request offshore, support onshore completion team in preparing plans, design and DOP’s for completion and workover reports
• Undertake daily morning report calls together with DSV to D&C Supt & onshore team
• Help DSV to prepare the daily drilling report. Prepare and approve Feed-Back reports
• Accept/approve contractors' work documentation on a daily basis on his area of responsibility 
• Request equipment, materials and services to the rig in a timely manner according to the approved contracts, and verified checklists. 
• Initiate Lesson Learned process
• Ensure knowledge transfer to Well Site Drilling Engineers
• Verify and approve Field Ticket Services and Job Report as per competence

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor degree or Cand.Mag (180-240 ECTS) in Engineering
• English - fluent spoken and written
• Norwegian is an advantage
• 10-15 year experience
