Site Contracts Administrator

The Opportunity   

We are seeking a Contracts Advisor to join their project team, based on site in Kwinana to support a Waste to Energy Project.   This role is accountable for support to Project Managers and Site Team to attain project objectives and make sure compliance with project and system requirements. The right person will have a desire to focus on their career progression within a CA role.  

The Candidate   

To succeed in this role, you will be a well organised and communicative leader who is passionate about successfully achieving key millstones and over all organisation objectives.  

  • 5+ years of Site Administration, Document Control and Contract Administration experience within a construction environment
  • Degree Qualified or relevant site background
  • Experience assisting and supporting large project teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Robust negotiation, time management skills and high level attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously towards deadlines but also work as part of the team

  • Initial 6 months contract (Temp to Perm)
  • 40 hrs pw Monday – Friday 
  • Based in East Rockingham
