Assignment Description
The Electrical & Instumentation Commissioning Lead will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and effective electrical commissioning for the project, from design review up through and including final electrical functional testing associated with the concluding offshore campaign.
-Provide guidance and technical review or project electrical testing procedures and associated ITRs
-Perform design reviews and interface with project engineering and vendor representatives.
-Overall responsibility for ensuring electrical commissioning loam compliance with the project safety program and leading by example. Interface on a routine basis with the project safety manager
-Provide electrical commissioning representation at meetings as required, providing clear and concise communication
-Review of commissioning software packages, generation of boundaries, diagrams, generation and review of commissioning procedures and support for planning of all phases of commissioning.
-Review engineering designs for offshore Instrumentation, Controls, and Telecom Systems
-Coordinate any required updates or design changes to systems with engineering and vendors
- Attend Equipment FATs
-Create and review Instrumentation and Controls commissioning procedures
-Provide I&C support and content for interdisciplinary commissioning procedures

Qualifications Required
-TWIC Certification
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical commissioning supervision on Power and OG&C projects
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing power distribution systems and associated components
