Tailored approach

As part of Omega 365 Consulting, Omega 365 Protek offers its own range of services. The company provides engineering and consultancy expertise in the oil and gas industry, process industry, energy sector, and aquaculture. Established in 1991, the company has specialized in advisory engineering services for offshore, land-based, and process industries. 

“We primarily support land-based industries, focusing on modifications and maintenance projects. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here—our software are tailored to each project, which is something our team members really appreciate,” says Halsnes. 

She also highlights the benefits of Omega 365’s project execution system, which helps ensure quality and efficiency in Protek’s projects. 

“The system gathers all knowledge, experience, and resources in one place. This makes collaboration easier, both internally and with customers, partners, and suppliers. By working on a shared platform, we can improve quality, streamline project execution, and ensure a more structured approach,” Halsnes explains. 

Local and global ambitions 

With offices in Haugesund and Sauda, Omega 365 Protek has a strong local presence while delivering services to a broader market. 

“For us, it’s important to contribute to the local community. Our goal is to create attractive workplaces, offer engaging projects, and provide opportunities for professionals to stay in or return to their hometowns. Strengthening expertise in our region is something we care about,” Halsnes says. 

She encourages companies in the area to take advantage of local services.
