Unveiling opportunities in tech
Omega 365 Lithuania welcomed high school students as part of the annual “Swap the Lesson for a Lecture” program, organized in collaboration with Klaipėda University.

During their visit, students had the opportunity to hear from several Software Systems Engineers about their journeys into tech—how they chose their studies, gained valuable experience through internships, and now contribute to real projects within Omega 365.
“We’re happy to take part in the annual ‘Swap the Lesson for a Lecture’ program because our partnership with Klaipėda University really makes a difference,” says Alina Šoparė, HR Officer at Omega 365 Lithuania. “By sharing our IT knowledge, we help students see the many different careers and opportunities available in tech.”
Through initiatives like this, Omega 365 aims to inspire the next generation to explore the possibilities within the IT sector and take confident steps toward their future studies and careers.
