Successful company presentation at Fagskulen Vestland
Omega 365 Consulting continues its collaboration with educational institutions to connect with future technical talent. Recently, the company visited Fagskulen Vestland to share insight into consultancy work in project-driven industries and present career opportunities for students.

Fagskulen Vestland is one ot the largest public vocational colleges in Norway.
On 14 April Thomas Lande Kleppe and Hilde Dahl from Omega 365 Consulting visited Fagskulen Vestland, a public higher vocational college in Western Norway, to present the company and connect with potential future colleagues.
Through examples from ongoing projects and client work, they gave an introduction to how Omega 365 Consulting supports project-driven industries such as energy, infrastructure, and construction. The session also covered the company’s core values, the consultant role, career paths, and the Advantage program.
Around 40 higher vocational students from the electrical engineering and automation programmes attended. The group was engaged throughout, asking relevant questions, and several followed up after the presentation for further dialogue.
The visit gave students a practical insight into working as a consultant in project-based environments, while strengthening Omega 365 Consulting’s connection with Norwegian students.
