As part of its commitment to fostering local talent, Omega 365 recently welcomed students from Lundeneset High School to its headquarters in Ølensvåg, Norway.

Students from Lundeneset High School recently visited Omega 365’s office in Ølensvåg, where they gained insights into the company’s operations and career possibilities.

The visit provided Omega 365 with an opportunity to connect with the community’s younger generation, share insights into its operations, and introduce students to a variety of career paths within the company.

Team members from Omega 365 Consulting, Omega 365 Admin, and Omega 365 Design led presentations and interactive sessions, giving students a firsthand look at Omega 365’s products and services. Through these hands-on activities, students gained a clearer understanding of how their studies connect to real-world challenges and the skills required in the industry.

The visit gave students practical insights into the industry while strengthening Omega 365’s ties with the local community, fostering connections that may inspire and support future talent.
