During the trip, the team enjoyed dinner with consultants and colleagues from the Singapore office in Batam, Indonesia.

Team Lead and Department Manager Jorunn Wathne Løhaugen, together with Project Consultant Managers Johannes Eide and Pablo Tveita, and Global Mobility Manager Helge Tvedt, took part in the trip, which provided valuable opportunities to connect with employees, candidates, and business partners in several of Omega 365 Consulting’s key international locations.

In Singapore, the group visited Omega 365’s local office, where discussions with colleagues and partners highlighted the importance of regional cooperation.

“For Consulting, global cooperation with our offices abroad is essential. Meeting customers and partners through our Singapore office allows us to offer both global and local candidates for major projects. Given Singapore’s central position, the office plays a key role in our continued growth and in supporting projects such as Empire Wind in Asia,” says Løhaugen.

In Batam, Indonesia, the team met with partners and employees involved in a project for NOV on behalf of Aker BP, which was nearing completion. The visit offered valuable insight into ongoing work and collaboration in the region.

“Meeting our employees on site and seeing what they are working on is very valuable for us,” says Løhaugen. “It gives us a better understanding of their day-to-day work, and it’s great to hear from our clients about the excellent job our people are doing. It makes us proud to be part of the Omega team.”

Several employees from this project will soon transfer to Stord, Norway, as the module is already on route and preparations are underway for the next phase of work there.

In Dubai, the team continued their dialogue with consultants, clients, and partners to maintain cooperation and strengthen ties across international projects. The region remains an important area of growth for Omega 365 Consulting, supporting large-scale ventures that combine local expertise with global coordination in industries such as oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

“Face-to-face meetings are essential for maintaining strong relationships and staying informed about project developments across regions. Staying closely connected to Omega 365’s global network is a priority for us, and these visits often lead to new opportunities as people reach out during or after the trips to explore future collaboration or assignments,” says Løhaugen.
