Omega 365 Lithuania at Klaipeda University Career Fair
On October 24, Omega 365 Lithuania participated in the annual Klaipeda University Career Fair, joining other local companies in an event that brought together students, educators, and industry professionals to explore career paths and job market trends.

The event allowed students to connect directly with companies and learn about career opportunities across diverse industries.
Representing Omega 365 Lithuania were Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist Alina Šoparė, Software Systems Developer Intern Saigūnas Birbalas, Product Manager Giovanni Di Noto, and General Manager Vadim Narožnij. The team shared insights into roles at Omega 365 Lithuania, providing students with a look into the company’s projects and practical guidance for preparing for careers in technology.
“It was a great event, with many Klaipeda University students visiting our stand. High school students also stopped by to ask about careers in programming,” says Šoparė.
This career fair served as a bridge between academia and industry, giving students a clearer picture of the professional landscape that awaits them.
