This structure marks a step forward in scaling Omega 365’s software business across global markets as One Omega.

Growth, momentum, and global ambition

Following strong growth in Europe and North America, and increasing momentum in Asia and Australia, Omega 365 is aligning its software operations into one agile, collaborative organization focused on securing customer success, wherever clients are based.

“This new organizational structure and the improvements it brings are inspired by the excellent performance of our software companies and teams in global markets. “It’s the momentum of the platform that makes this the perfect time to take the next step,” says Chief Operating Officer Jan Christian Brataas.

“We have bold ambitions: achieving 20% annual growth in Annual Recurring Revenue and Monthly Active Users. Today, we stand at 350 MNOK Annual Recurring Revenue and 110,000 monthly active users—this is just the beginning of what we can accomplish together.”

Experienced leadership driving progress

Brataas will continue in a hands-on leadership role as Chief Operating Officer for the new software organization, while also continuing in his role as General Manager for Omega 365 Core.

“I am very pleased with the team we have assembled to lead the global software business in line with our software strategy,” says Aalvik. “Each member brings business insight, years of experience, a strong understanding of the Omega culture, and a shared vision for the future.”

Together, the leadership team brings more than 100 years of combined Omega 365 experience, forming a strong foundation for continued growth and cross-market collaboration.

In addition to the corporate team and general managers in key regions, the software organization is supported by central Group services in communication and marketing, QA/HSE, admin/finance, and business development. These teams continue to serve all three business areas - Software, Consulting, and Subsea - ensuring coordination and high-quality delivery throughout Omega 365.

“With a corporate management team at the software level, in addition to our Group leaders, there is now both the focus and breadth of expertise required to support more growth and innovation,” says Aalvik. “This structure also encourages collaboration and competence sharing across business areas.”

Customer success in focus

Clients increasingly operate across borders, and the new structure reflects this shift, combining strong local presence with global coordination.

“We want to ensure that clients who operate globally can rely on us for the same quality of service, insight, and collaboration wherever they are,” says Manager for the Customer Success Group Johnny Vik. “By working more closely across regions, we can create a more connected experience and further develop software that supports better, more efficient project and asset management.”

The long-term vision is to empower clients to execute large-scale projects efficiently and seamlessly, on time, on budget, and with minimized risk.

Big goals ahead

This development also supports Omega 365’s broader goals: to move quickly on opportunities, strengthen collaboration across regions, and maintain agility in a global software market.

“A unified leadership team has now been established, one that moves with shared focus, clear priorities, and strong alignment,” says Brataas. “We aim to become a leading global software company. That requires flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to respond rapidly. This structure supports that vision.”

The new organization reflects Omega 365’s long-term strategy: attracting talent, building solutions that deliver measurable value, and deepening client relationships through consistency and continuous improvement. These priorities are anchored in the Omega 365 Platform, the shared foundation for scalable growth across industries and regions.
