Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) has selected Omega 365 to support the Humber Carbon Capture Pipeline (HCCP).

Omega 365 will provide an integrated project management solution for the project. Built on the Omega 365 platform, the solution will provide a structured environment for managing project execution, enabling collaboration across project teams, contractors, and suppliers while helping ensure governance, transparency, and control throughout the project lifecycle.

“We are pleased to begin working with Northern Endurance Partnership on a project of this scale. Carbon capture and storage is an important and growing area, and we look forward to supporting the project with our technology and experience,” says Trygve Ålbotsjord, Department Manager at Omega 365.

Supporting the East Coast Cluster

The Humber Carbon Capture Pipeline forms part of the wider East Coast Cluster initiative, one of the UK's first industrial decarbonization clusters. The project aims to transport captured CO₂ from industrial emitters in regions including Teesside and the Humber for permanent storage beneath the North Sea, supporting the UK's carbon reduction ambitions.

“Our team has followed the development of carbon capture projects in the UK for several years, and it is rewarding to now contribute to an initiative that supports the country's carbon reduction ambitions,” says Ålbotsjord.

Building on established collaboration

The agreement marks the beginning of a collaboration between Omega 365 and Northern Endurance Partnership on one of the UK's first carbon capture infrastructure projects. As NEP continues to develop its project portfolio and capabilities, the collaboration creates opportunities to support future initiatives within the growing carbon capture and storage sector.
