Around 200 participants from more than 60 companies across energy, industry, and the public sector experienced live demonstrations and gained insight into the core functions and innovative solutions of the Omega 365 platform, utilizing AI.

The conference was organized to showcase the strengths of Omega 365, to build networks, and to foster genuine conversations about digitalization and process efficiency. Through short presentations, direct demonstrations, and customer contributions, attendees saw how Omega 365 helps manage large projects across industries, from the idea phase to operation.

“It’s really cool to see Omega embrace the future of technology, and how we can apply these innovations to real projects and integrate them into our tools. I really loved learning about all of it,” says Bethany Mays, Information Management Systems & Quality Manager at S&B.

Many participants emphasized how the sessions connected with their own projects and ongoing implementations.

“I enjoyed the presentations. It was nice seeing some of the slides up there, they resonated with me and what we’re trying to do at S&B implementing Omega 365. It was really exciting to see the number of users and the different industries that Omega 365 can support,” says Skye Templeton, Director, Information Management at S&B.

The feedback from participants reflected a high level of engagement throughout the event, highlighting Omega 365’s growing presence in Canada.

“Omega 365 Software Conference was a great success and a clear reflection of the community we have built in Canada. Omega 365 is now recognized by our clients as the industry benchmark. The energy and enthusiasm surrounding Omega 365 position us strongly for further growth and new opportunities,” says Kenneth Steinsvik, President at Omega 365 Canada.

Measurable value with artificial intelligence

A key theme of the conference was how Omega 365 utilizes artificial intelligence to create measurable value for customers. The integration of AI, scalability, building information modeling (BIM), and geographic information system (GIS) offer clients smarter solutions, increased efficiency, and better decision support in global projects. Through live demos, participants could experience how AI functionality provides control, insight, and a competitive edge in their own projects.

Chief Operating Officer in Omega 365, Jan Christian Brataas, expressed great satisfaction with the event.

“A magical experience! Coming together with our most important clients in North America, showcasing our cloud-based, data-driven SaaS solution for project and asset management, and hearing directly how we reduce risk, strengthen predictability, and support better decision-making. The magic truly happens when, together with our users and guided by industry best practices, we unlock real value and help transform data center, oil and gas, industrial, and infrastructure industries,” says Brataas.

Microsoft shared their Omega 365 experiences

Clients such as Microsoft and South Bow shared experiences where Omega 365 has proven to be an effective tool for control, management, and digital collaboration.

“We were proud to have Microsoft at the conference, where they shared how Omega 365 supports their rapid development to ensure data center construction keeps pace with explosive demand, using best-in-class digital practices, comprehensive project control, and automation to deliver speed, predictability, and confidence,” says Brataas.

This event was just one of many highlights for Omega 365 in 2025.

“At the start of 2025, Omega 365 was recognized as Innovator in Construction Management Solutions by the independent research firm Verdantix. In their report, Omega 365 received the highest score of all vendors, 2.5 out of 3 points in project management. The report highlights our strengths in task management, automation, and AI-driven predictive analytics that support effective planning and execution of capital projects,” says Brataas.

The next Omega 365 Software Conference will be held in Oslo, 2–3 June 2026, hosted by Omega 365’s European Software division.
