The workshop was part of Omega 365’s ongoing collaboration with Waha Oil, following last year’s contract to implement the system for the Tripoli-based oil company in support of the North Gialo 6J Area Development project. This major initiative aims for first oil production by 2028 and includes a new central processing facility, extensive pipeline networks, a high-capacity solar plant, and personnel housing—forming a robust infrastructure backbone.

Over five days, participants explored key areas such as Document Management, Cost Management, Contract Management, and Workflows, ensuring seamless integration into Waha Oil’s operations.

“We were four representatives from Omega 365—three from our Lysaker office and one from the Bergen office—alongside ten participants from Waha Oil. The workshop was a valuable learning experience for both parties,” says Mari Klokkerstuen Kjellesvik, Project Manager at Omega 365 Solutions.

In addition to in-depth training, discussions centered on tailoring Omega 365’s processes to Waha Oil’s specific needs. The collaborative approach ensured that participants gained practical insights, enabling them to effectively implement the system in their daily work.
