This past weekend, several team members participated in a productive and festive trip to Berlin as part of the Advantage program.

The city’s charm, with its twinkling lights and bustling Christmas markets, provided the perfect setting. Staying at the centrally located Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Berlin, the group enjoyed easy access to iconic landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie, as well as the unique character of Berlin’s many districts.

Throughout the weekend, a mix of professional discussions, group activities, and opportunities to explore the city was on the schedule. During the professional gathering, participants received an overview of industry insights with presentations on the latest news and developments at Omega 365. Before navigating the streets of Berlin together and gathering for dinner, the trip created a space for building relationships, exchanging ideas, and meeting colleagues from different Omega 365 locations.
