Advantage teambuilding to Old Trafford
From March 8–10, 46 colleagues traveled to Manchester as part of the Advantage program to experience the Premier League clash between Manchester United and Arsenal. The match ended in a 1-1 draw, ensuring that no one left entirely disappointed, whether they were cheering for the home or away team.

As part of the Advantage program, football enthusiasts had the opportunity to visit Manchester and experience one of England’s most iconic stadiums – Old Trafford. Beyond the match itself, the gathering fostered team spirit and networking among colleagues from different locations and departments.
Colleagues, along with friends and family, had the chance to connect over dinner at the Brazilian restaurant Fazenda.
“It was a great group of people on the trip. We were also lucky with the weather – it felt like a Norwegian summer in Manchester while we were there,” says Helge Tvedt from Omega 365 Core, who served as the trip coordinator.
Sunday was entirely dedicated to the match. A bus picked up the group from their hotel, Innside Manchester, and transported them to Old Trafford four hours before kickoff. This gave everyone time to explore the area and enjoy a pre-match dinner in the stadium lounge.
