Earn additional Advantage points
Receive additional Advantage points by staying active, both in body and mind! Take a walk, work out, cycle to work, and log all activities in the Activity Log. Access our employee Academy to explore training courses and receive points upon completion.
The Advantage program has lowered the threshold for going on many cool trips with family and friends.
The Omega Advantage program has something for everyone, regardless of age.
The program provides a great opportunity for new experiences and to travel to new places. Getting to know new and old colleagues across the offices is also a big plus.
For me, Advantage means exciting travels and experiences with both familiar and unfamiliar colleagues in Omega 365. It's a fantastic opportunity to meet colleagues you would never otherwise encounter!
