Hovden Panorama 2 Apartment

The Hovden Panorama penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of Panorama II and offers 180 sqm of spacious living area, along with an impressive 150 sqm terrace that wraps around three sides of the apartment. The terrace enjoys excellent sun exposure and provides a sheltered outdoor space. A cross-country ski trail starts just outside the building, and there is walking distance to the alpine ski center, the town center, the water park, and everything else Hovden has to offer.

Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed

Check-in is after 17:00 (5:00 PM) and check-out is 12:00 (12:00 PM). If you are leaving on a Sunday and no one is booked after you, you may stay longer than the check-out time because cleaning normally takes place on weekdays. Please clarify this with Omega 365 by sending an email to service@omega.com or calling 5377 5377.

Heating

The apartment is equipped with a gas fireplace as the main heating source.
The heat is controlled using the remote labeled “Gasspeis”.

A small, almost invisible flame burns continuously (24/7), and it must always remain on.

You only need to adjust the heat up or down using the remote control.

Please Bring

  • Bed linen and towels

  • Kitchen towels and cleaning cloths

  • Toilet paper

  • Hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets

  • Coffee beans for the coffee machine

  • The water must be turned on when you arrive. In laundry room - black switch at the top left in the cabinet. Horizontal = OFF, Vertical = ON

Surroundings

At Hovden there are countless activities all year round, such as Hegni Park, Hovden hunting and shooting center, fishing, and hiking trails.

In winter, Hovden Ski Center attracts skiers from near and far with more than 132 km of groomed cross-country trails.

Hovden Water Park is open all year and offers both indoor and outdoor pools for children and adults.

Directions

From Haukelid, turn right at the first roundabout. After about 30 meters, turn left. Follow the road straight ahead until you reach the apartment building Panorama II.

Key and Garage Opener

The key and garage opener are located in the key box marked with the Omega logo inside the garbage shed.

Parking / Garage

There are two garage entrances to the building.
Omega should use the entrance on the opposite side of the building.
Continue driving around the building and turn left at the first exit.
The parking spaces are marked with the Omega logo.

An electric vehicle charger is installed at the parking space,
but it is not available for use.


For holiday homes rented out by Omega, charging electric vehicles using a standard outlet is not permitted, either outside the cabins or in parking garages, due to fire risk. Any resulting damage is the guest’s responsibility.

Entrance to the Apartment

In the garage, you will find a red door that leads to the elevator.
Take the elevator to the 5th floor. The apartment is 5A.

Ski Storage Room

To reach the ski storage, take the stairs next to the elevator down to the garage level on the opposite side.
The ski storage room is located at the end near the garage door on the left side, marked 5A.

Before Departure

  • Our own cleaning staff handle the final cleaning between stays. Please leave the cabin tidy when you leave.

  • If our cleaners need to spend more than two hours, the extra cost will be charged to the employee.

  • Take your garbage with you, remove bottles/cans and empty the refrigerator of food, clean the refrigerator and oven, and wipe all kitchen surfaces

  • Turn off the water (set the switch to the horizontal position).

  • Garbage should be disposed of in the garbage shed.

  • Turn the heat on the gas fireplace all the way down before departure, using the remote control only.

  • Before departure, please set the thermostats and underfloor heating to:

    • 20°C in winter

    • 14°C in summer

  • Close all windows, lock doors, return the key and garage opener to the key box
