Collaboration and booking routines

To avoid double bookings and ensure efficient coordination, all booking requests from Omega employees must be approved by Margrethe Grindheim before the reservation can be confirmed. Omega undertakes to obtain written confirmation from Margrethe Grindheim that the cabin is available before the request is forwarded to the employee.

When requesting a weekend stay (Friday–Sunday), Omega shall send a comprehensive overview of the desired bookings by Monday at 09:00. This provides Margrethe Grindheim with the necessary basis for assessment and approval.

Margrethe Grindheim undertakes to respond to all booking requests from Omega within 24 hours on workdays (Monday–Friday).

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM  If you are leaving on a Sunday, and no one has booked the cabin after you, you can stay longer than the check-out time as cleaning services come on weekdays. Please clarify this with Omega 365 by sending an email to service@omega365.com or calling +47 5377 5377.

Cleaning

Washing and cleaning is done by our own cleaner between stays. We therefore ask that the cabin is left tidy after use. Take out the garbage, remove empty goods and empty the fridge/freezer of food. If the cleaners must use more than two hours on the cleaning, the additional expense will be charged to the employee.
