    This is a modern apartment with room for six people. The apartment has a central location close to the Sauda Ski Center

    The apartment:

    • 3 bedrooms with double beds (150 cm) – for 6 people

    NB! Smoking and pets are prohibited.

    Please note that check-in is after 17:00, and check-out is at 12:00. If you are leaving on a Sunday and no booking follows yours, you may stay beyond the check-out time, as cleaning services arrive on weekdays. Please confirm this with Omega 365 by emailing service@omega365.com or calling 5377 5377.

    Firewood

    There is a storage room belonging to the apartment in the basement. 

    Garbage

    About 200 meters from the apartment, you'll find the garbage house. It's located on the left side of the road leading down from the ski area.
    Door to the house is always open.

    Parking

    There is parking space for one car with electric charging above the apartment. 
    Outside the apartment, you will find an EV charger available for use. It is the first charger on the right when you stand in the parking area. The charger is marked with the Omega logo.
    The access key for the charger is attached to the keyring. To start charging, hold the key against the designated area on the charger (see attached image).

    Connect the charging cable to your car.
    Once the key is registered, you will hear a beep, and the charger will light up green.
    The light on the charger will turn blue when charging begins.
    The charger provides approximately 6 kW per hour.

    Plowing

    Plowing is carried out when snowfall exceeds 10 cm.

    The surrounding area offers fantastic outdoor activities year-round, with an extensive network of marked hiking routes in summer. In winter, you’ll find yourself close to a hub for a variety of groomed ski tracks suitable for all ages.

    Directions

    From Haugesund

    • Start in Haugesund: Head east out of Haugesund by taking the E134 highway in the direction of Oslo. Follow this road for about 45 minutes.

    • Turn off towards Sauda: At Aksdal, exit from the E134 and take the Rv46 (Route 46) heading towards Sauda. This road leads you north through the Vindafjord area.

    • Continue on Rv46 to Sauda: Drive along Rv46 through scenic areas, passing mountains and fjords. Follow signs for Sauda.

    • Head into Svandalen: As you approach Sauda town center, look for signs for Svandalen and Sauda Skisenter, which is on Fv520.

    • Arrive at Svandalen Lodge: Follow the road until you reach Sauda Skisenter and Svandalen Lodge, located near the ski center area.

    From Stavanger

    • Start in Stavanger: Head north on the E39 towards Haugesund/Bergen.

    • Exit to Nedstrand: After about 40 minutes on the E39, take the exit for Rv46 (Route 46) towards Nedstrand and Sauda. Follow signs for Sauda and continue on Rv46 through Tysvær and Vindafjord, passing beautiful fjords and mountain landscapes.

    • Stay on Rv46 to Sauda: Continue north on Rv46 through Sandeid and Vikedal until you reach Sauda.

    • From Sauda town center to Svandalen: Once in Sauda, follow the signs for Svandalen and Sauda Skisenter by taking Fv520. Drive up the valley for about 10-15 minutes to reach the ski center and Svandalen Lodge.

    • Arrive at Svandalen Lodge: Follow the road until you reach Sauda Skisenter and Svandalen Lodge, located near the ski center area.

    On departure

    • Please leave the cabin tidy after your stay. Take all garbage and empty containers with you. Empty the fridge and freezer of all food and empty the dishwasher.
    • Clean the fridge, stove, and all other surfaces.
    • Our cleaners clean the apartment between guests. If they have to spend more than two hours, the extra cost will be charged to the employee.
    • Set the thermostats in the hallway, bathroom, and the panel heater in the living room to 14 degrees.
    •  Fill up with firewood for the next guest
    • Turn off all indoor lights, but leave all outdoor lights on.
    • Close and lock all doors and windows.
