Entrance Barrier

Entrance barriers have been installed at the main entrance. Please use the code sent to you by email.

Key

The key box is located on the left-hand side of the entrance door. Open the box from the top, enter the code, then press the black button at the top, and the entire front panel can be removed. The key set is located behind it.
It is important to scramble the numbers every time after using the code so that it is never accessible to unauthorized persons.

Swimming Pool

There is a private swimming pool at the bungalow, but there is also a shared pool for the homes in the area, Plot 15. The pool area is enclosed and includes tables and sun loungers. There is a separate key for the pool area. You will find it hanging inside or lying on the table in the hallway.
Next to the pool, you will also find a restaurant and a Spar supermarket.

The private swimming pool at the house is cleaned once a week. The cleaning staff will ring the main doorbell when they arrive to clean the pool.

Outdoor Lights

Please remember to switch off the outdoor lights during the daytime or whenever you are not in the apartment, and turn them on at night.

Indoor Lights

Please switch off indoor lights at night and whenever you leave the apartment.

Air Conditioning

To reduce strain and noise, we recommend using the air conditioning only when you are indoors in the evenings. Please also remember to keep the doors closed while the air conditioning is running.

Kitchen

Please clean the kitchen counters and stove every time you cook. Do not leave food out on the kitchen counter.

Insects

Please note that ants and other insects may be present around the house, which is unfortunately quite common on Gran Canaria. To avoid problems with insects, we kindly ask you to take a few precautions:

• Keep all food sealed or covered.

• Avoid leaving food out on the kitchen counter.

• Wipe away crumbs and food remains after meals.

• Clean counters and tables.

• Sweep or vacuum the kitchen floor and terrace after eating.

Waste Disposal

There is a recycling station near the Spar supermarket. Here you will find containers for plastic packaging, paper/cardboard, food waste, and general waste.

At the old recycling station near the Duplex apartments, there are containers for food waste and glass.

Furniture

Please do not sit on indoor or outdoor furniture with wet clothing. Always use a towel on the sun loungers.

Location

This attractive house in the Anfi Tauro area of Gran Canaria is located just minutes from the beach and very close to several golf courses. The main road connecting the area to the rest of the island is only 200 meters away. The property is located 15 minutes from Puerto de Mogán and 40 minutes from the airport.

Flights

It is necessary to organise your own flights to and from Gran Canaria. The airport abbreviation is LPA, and it is often referred to as Las Palmas or Gran Canaria.

The house is located a 40-minute drive from the airport.

Cleaning

Towels and bed linen are washed weekly. If you are staying longer than one week, please contact Naima to arrange cleaning. Additional cleaning during your stay is not included.

Our cleaners take care of the final cleaning between stays, but we kindly ask that the house is left neat and tidy, as it was upon arrival. Please note that additional charges may apply if the cleaners need to carry out more extensive cleaning than usual after your stay.

On departure

• Remember to turn off airconditioning.

• Remember to turn off all the lights inside. Outdoor lighting can be left on if it is evening/night.

• Remember to remove garbage/leftovers before leaving.

• Wash and empty the fridge for leftovers.

• Put the dishes in the dishwasher. Do not wash the bed linen. This is washed at an external laundry.

• Please leave bed linen and used towels on the floor upon departure.

• Remember to put all the keys in place (in the key box and on the kitchen counter)

• Remember to take in the awnings (use the remote control)

• If you should so unfortunate as to break some of the inventory, it must be replaced. You must inform Omega 365 of this.
