This level of quality is achieved through implementation of a system of documented procedures that provide guidance to our employees and reflect the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.
Achievement of this policy involves all employees who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving the working environment for all. Our policy is published on Omega 365’s official website and is provided to each employee by the Omega 365 Service Centre.
To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance, the Omega 365 Management retains responsibility for the Quality Management System with routine operations controlled by the QA Manager.
Furthermore, employees have annual discussions with their Business Unit Manager, and updates with HSE tips and reminders are sent out via e-mail and intranet on a regular basis.
